Big Zoe presented his tag team the Co-Stars, "Film Maker" Movie Myk and Timmy Danger for tag team action against "Perty Starter" Keith Mack and lightning-fast Kool J. Despite the idiot announcer's proclamation at the conclustion of the bout, the Co-Stars did actually win the bout by a convincing pinfall to kick off CWF ABSOLUTE JUSTICE 2017.
Former Commissioner William L. Cross entered and made a few comments about his involvement with CWF Mid Atlantic and how he's ready to resume some of his duties he walked away from when he was in a "darker place" during his time with the original Aftermath.
Grudge match action was up next as "A Very Handsome Man" Mitch Connor entered to take on young upstart and current RGL Champion Cain Justice in a non-title bout. Justice continued his disrespect of Connor by dropping out of the ring to put on his pads after the bell rang, Connor made a note for later in the match. Justice went MMA-style and Connor joined him on the floor and showed the young champion how the old school mat wrestlers made their money, taking him with a clean pinfall win.
Jakob Hammermeier was out next complaining about PWI International Ultra-J Crown Champion Chet Sterling "stealing his look", only to find the Ultra-J Champ answer his challenge for a fight. With the belt on the line, Hammermeier started strong, but hesitated to boast of his prowess on a couple of occassions best suited for finishing off one's opponent. Sterling got his second wind and turned up the speed to 11 before finishing off Hammermeier by pinfall to retain his title once again.
Four-way Everything To Lose Tag action was up next pitting CWF Tag Champions Zane and Dave Dawson's tag titles against Him and Sis' individual masks, Sandwich Squad's Aaron Biggs & Mecha Mercenary's rights to a full year of CWF Tag Title shots and "Wrestling Machine" Otto Schwanz and Ethan Alexander Sharpe put up the career of Schwanz. A bizarre brawl erupted all over the arena, inside and outside of the ring. The Sandwich Squad scored the winning pinfall, resulting in the Fury Of Him being unmasked. As the former Michael McAllister fumed in the ring, William L. Cross returned to the apron telling McAllister he would be willing to help him if he'd be willing to help himself, and turning and walking away. McAllister screamed and ran after him as he realized he'd left.
CWF WorldWide Television Champion Aric Andrews was introduced and awaited the announcement of his fan-drawn challenger. When "the 1st" Ric Converse's name was announced the building lit up in anticipation of Converse possibly winning the ONLY title in CWF Mid Atlantic he's never held. Andrews started fast and strong, but after a few minutes Converse took the lead in the match and dropped the champion to the canvas. As Converse gets up and calls for his Ric-Tor Scale finisher, PWI International Heavyweight Champion C.W. Anderson decided to enter the arena and walk to the ring. Andrews took advantage of the challenger's distraction and dropped Converse for a pinfall win. Note: Andrews first WON the title at CWF ABSOLUTE JUSTICE 2016!
With Coach Gemini barred from ringside, Jarry Carey led All Star Roy Wilkins to the ring for scheduled tag team action. After opponents So Time's Dirty Daddy and Snooty Foxx were introduced, Carey took the mic and introduced Wilkin's actual partner, Darius Lockhart. who hit the ring ready for action. The bout began and when So Time began to take an advantage, Super Chicken, the mascot, makes his way to the ring and is surrounded by Carey and Wilkins, leaving Lockhart alone in the ring. Wilkins finally returned his attention to the action in the ring and helped himself and Lockhart to a pinfall win over the hot team of Foxx and Daddy. Coach Gemini then appeared from the back, explaining that he realized what the All Stars have been missing these past few months. A Chappy. So Coach offers that position to Lockhart, who turned him down flat and told him he was nobody's Chappy.
PWI International Heavyweight Champion C.W. Anderson hit the ring for a non-title tilt against Smith Garrett, who took exception to Anderson's appearance during the TV title bout and brought it on himself. Garrett fired up and went to war with the ECW Hardcore legend but Anderson soon turned the advantage back to his direction. Ric Converse's entrance music began and Converse made his way down the entranceway, but Anderson mostly ignored him while finishing off Garrett by pinfall. Converse helped Garrett from the ring after the bout, cheering him on for taking it to the champion.
Cashing in his winning the 2016 Johnny Weaver Memorial Tournament, Nick Richards hit the ring to take on CWF Mid Atlantic Heavyweight Champion Trevor Lee in No Holds Barred - No DQ - No Countouts title action. Richards attacked during Lee's introduction and the referee ordered the bell. Twenty seconds later, Trevor Lee had kicked out of not one but TWO pin attempts after stunners. And then it got intense. Ricahrds took it to the champion, but the champion absorbed some of the attacks and returned them with a vengeance on the challenger. Richards refused to quit despite having plenty of reasonable occassions to have done so, and kept bringing it to Lee, even driving him through a table before setting up a half dozen steel chairs under a corner turnbuckle. Trevor Lee continues his incredible string of Mid Atlantic title defenses by finally submitting Nick Richards before the 30 minute mark of the bout. Lee stuck around to tell Richards he would have probably not been such a snob toward him if he'd only realized how hard-headed he actually was. Richards finished the night on the mic before requesting a photo or two of his swollen eye and cheek...
