Chris Riddle and CL Party were introduced followed by the first match of the evening, pitting Corruption's Killa Koga against CWF Worldwide Television Champion "Rampaging Beast" Aaron Biggs. Biggs cleared the ring apron of Corruption and turned his ire toward Koga but found himself being struck in the head repeatedly by the educated feet of Koga. The Beast roared to life and snuffed out the challenge of the growing talent of Killa Koga winning by pinfall.
Khan O'Kelly led Otto Wrestling Machine to the ring for singles action against fan favorite Mike Mars. The two bulls went head-to-head and thundered around the ring beating on each other with a fury. A back and forth battle raged right up until the match's time limit was about to expire when Otto Wrestling Machine finally forced Mike Mars' shoulders to the canvas for the three count.
The BitDon Corporation re-entered the arena with Donald J. BitDon, O'Kelly and Schwanz returning to the ring. Commentator Chris Riddle caught the ire of BitDon, who rolled to the floor and grabbed Riddle, tossing him into the ring. The CEO began the choke out as an unknown wrestler hit the ring in Riddle's defense, sending Team BitDon to the floor. Chris Riddle then introduced his friend "New Classic" Billy Dixon, who tossed down the guantlet to the BitDon guys for a match at CWF Gold Rush.
Tag team action was introduced next with Viva Las Amish's Hezekiah Hoskins and Jebediah Moss with Danny Vegas facing PWI Central Carolinas Champion Snooty Foxx and CWF Rising Generation League Champion "Cowboy" Kool Jay in tag team action. The four battled, brawled and grappled with the tide of battle going back and forth between the teams in a hard-hitting affair that found the twenty minute time limit expiring before either team could manage a pinfall win, decided as a time limit draw.
"TKO" Teddy Ireland Jr. and his new bride were introduced marking his return to CWF Mid-Atlantic, albeit as a referee in the #1 Contenders match that followed, pitting Corruption's Ethan A. Sharpe and Dirty Daddy against Redemption's Michael McAllister and Nick Richards. This one got personal as the familiar foes returned to basic street fighting for much of the match. The official's temper was raised several times and he eventually came OUT of the referee's stripes in anger, but regained his composure to make the three count for the Redemption pinfall win.
CL Party entered the ring with a house mic and had a few questions for fired up rookie Adrian "Action" Jackson, who will face CWF Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Champion All Star Arik Royal at CWF GOLD RUSH. Jackson says he is ready for the biggest opportunity of his career on Saturday September 21st.
The All Stars' Jarry Carey entered and introduced Coach Gemini who introduced double champion "AceGawd" Arik Royal for the signed CWF Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Title defense. Partner Roy Wilkins was nowhere to be found as the Coach's "hand picked challengers" Pineapple Express's Buddy Flowers and Number Braaah entered on a wave of electricity. Royal played a slow game, dropping to the floor and sliding out of the ring, doing everything he could to stay in the apparent handicap championship match. The young guys showed off some great double-team moves and kept at Royal and even Coach Gemini when he tagged himself in as a substitute.
The most valuable free agent in CWF Roy Wilkins did finally enter the arena and join the All Stars, setting up Number Braaah for a favorite All Star finisher, but at the last moment pulled the masked youngster to safety, leaving his partner alone once again. The titles changed hands at the 18 minute and 48 second mark as the exciting young Pineapple Express were able to get a pinfall win over Royal.
Roy Wilkins stood in the ring with his PWI International Heavyweight Title belt laughing as Coach Gemini announced that the contract for the main event title defense was a No DQ rules match. That's when Brad Attitude walked into the ring behind him and clobbered him with a chair, followed by the referee calling for the bell for the match to start.
Two seasoned technical veterans went to battle with Brad Attitude showing a persistence that surprised many in the Sportatorium. He pulled out all stops, opened his bag of tricks and did everything he could to position himself to become the next PWI International Heavyweight Champion. The All Stars remained at ringside, vocally pulling for Attitude and enjoyed the mayhem that allowed Brad Attitude to grab the title belt and clobber Roy Wilkins with it, followed up by the pinfall win for new champion Brad Attitude. Attitude left the ring and Corruption returned to attack Wilkins for refusing to join their ranks. The new tag team champions Pineapple Express made the save, helping Wilkins exit the arena without further damage.
