Monster Mash 8-man tag team action kicked off CWF THE FRIGHT STUFF, which advances the winner into the Ultimate Trick or Treat later in the evening. The ICO Towers' Akeem the BitDon Dream and Big Boss Otto with "Slick" O'Kelly entered with Corruption's Ethan A. Sharpe and Cain Justice to take on the CWF Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Champions Blazing Saddles' "Marshal" Michael McAllister and "Cowboy" Kool Jay with Dirty Daddy and Snooty Foxx. A wild and crazy marathon ensued with Dirty Daddy winning the invite to the Ultimate Trick or Treat with a pinfall win.
Aric Andrews entered the ring to take on Nick Richards in a singles tilt in Richards' return to action after a serious arm injury months ago. Andrews tried to remove any ring rust Richards may have brought through the ropes with him as violently as possible, but Nick Richards wouldn't quit. He turned the tables on the cocky Andrews, defeating him by pinfall and then unleashing an even more violent attack on his person at the hands of Andrews. Aric Andrews grabbed a steel chair and a house mic and started a somewhat incoherant rant about, um, Kamakazi Kid before trying to re-injure Richards driving him through the steel chair.
Tag team action was up next as Jarry Carey escorted RGL Champion All Star Mace Li to the ring with partner Number Man to take on TKOPA's Ulysse "OPA" Demos and "TKO" Teddy Ireland Jr. A fast-paced battle followed with these young competitors showing off how far they've came in the past weeks and months. With the fans firmly behind CWF Mid-Atlantic's own French Connection, TKOPA secured it's first official tag team victory with a pinfall to seal the deal.
C.L. Freddy was out next to interview Smith Garrett, who sent her to the locker room. Garrett then found himself in the ring with PWI President William L. Cross, who handed him his gym bag. Cross explained that Garrett still had not obtained the doctor's permission to return to the ring, but due to the fact Garrett had filed a claim with worker's compensation over the injury, CWF's attorneys will have access to medical records normally not available to them shortly. Then Cross instructed him to leave, and reluctantly, he complied.
Coach Gemini, Jarry Carey and Mace Li escorted PWI International Heavyweight Champion All Star Roy Wilkins to the ring for his title defense against newcomer Ike Cross. Wilkins hit him hard early, but when Cross regained his bearings, unleashed his own brand of mayhem on the veteran grappler. The much larger Cross left it all in the ring but was unable to get a leg up on the champion, who retains the title by pinfall.
For the record: CWF Mid-Atlantic's Halloween Costume Contest ROCKED!
CWF Mid-Atlantic's very first Casket Match in history was up next with newcomer A.C. Mack introducing himself before taking on Mike Mars for an invite to the Ultimate Trick or Treat. Mack showed some high-speed capabilities and a lot of promise before Mars was able to drive him to the canvas and roll him into the opened casket at ringside. Mars closed the casket winning the invite to the Ultimate Trick or Treat.
Trick or Treat action was up next, with the winner going to the Ultimate Trick or Treat. Trick or Treat rules include Treat Bags in each corner. Three bags contain candy. One bag contains a pair of brass knuckles. The All Star entourage returned with All Star "Ace" Arik Royal to take on returning Alan Angels. Angels had the crowd on it's feet with his attacks on the much larger Royal, especially the aerial kicks to the head area, but Royal and his entourage were able to hold on and eventually pin Angels despite Angels getting the brass knuckles for his spot at the Ultimate Trick or Treat because the All Stars slipped Royal a pair of his own behind the official's back.
Mike Mars and Dirty Daddy were called back to the ring by PWI President William L. Cross, who had a game show table set up with four fabulous prize packages for the choosing. One bag contained a trick, one bag contained a treat, the CWF GOLDEN TICKET, and the other two bags contained candy. Mike Mars chose first and walked away with candy. Dirty Daddy's choice ended up "candy" as well. The All Stars made an event out of choosing between the final two bags, and Royal chose the bag that actually contained the treat, the CWF Golden Ticket. Coach Gemini started asking about the final gift bag and Cross told him he was welcome to it as a consolation prize and Gemini accepted. The bag contained the trick. A pie to the face of the Coach!
CWF Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight and CWF Worldwide Television Champion Trevor Lee was out next for his main event TV Title defense and C.L. Freddy and a fan chose his challenger, "Pitbull" Steven Idol, at random. Idol entered and went to battle against Trevor Lee. Trevor had his way with the young Pitbull for a while but the fight in the dog surfaced and he starting biting back. A tooth-and-nail brawl was in full roar when the ten minute television time limit expired.
Lee immediately demanded the bout re-start and that it was now of the CWF Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Title. The officials on board, the bell rang and another fight kicked off. Lee was able to take advantage of the damage done to the rugged Pitbull over the course of the first ten minutes to work him down to the canvas for a timely submission win over Idol in under ten minutes.
