Pro Wrestling International President William L. Cross presents the new PWI Central Carolina Championship belt to the fans and then the ring filled with the competitors for the Sweet Sixteen Battle Royal. The last two remaining men will meet in the main event with the opportunity to be the first-ever PWI Central Carolina Champion. Donnie BitDon, Otto Schwanz, Number Man, Ethan Sharpe, Cain Justice, Khan O'Kelly, Arik Royal, Mace Li, Aaron Biggs, Nick Richards, Chris "TNT" Taylor, Teddy Ireland Jr., Ulysse "OPA" Demos, Kool Jay, Dirty Daddy and Snooty Foxx brawled, grappled until bodies began to exit over the top ropes. The last four men standing were Corruption's Sharpe and Justice, Snooty Foxx and Dirty Daddy.

Corruption imploded once again, leaving Foxx and the Daddy standing when all of the other Sweet Sixteen competitors had been eliminated, advancing them to the PWI Central Carolina Championship Final in the evening's main event.

Six man tag team action entered next with the squad of Donnie BitDon, Otto "Wrestling Machine" Schwanz and Number Man w/Khan O'Kelly squaring off against "Rampaging Beast" Aaron Biggs, Nick Richards and Chris "TNT" Taylor. The fan favorites took the duke after the Beast was unleashed.

Tag team action was introduced next with Corruption's Cain Justice and Ethan Sharpe taking on TKOPA's Ulysse "OPA" Demos and "TKO" Teddy Ireland Jr. With constant attacks from the floor Corruption was able to steal a pinfall win over the popular young duo TKOPA.

In a special champions v. champions match, CWF Double Crown Champion Trevor Lee takes on PWI International Ultra-J Crown Champion Cam Carter in non-title action. Lee went straight to the canvas to keep his high-flying opponent on the ground and began working over his arm and wrist. Cam Carter fought Trevor Lee as hard as he could despite behing tormented in ways unimaginable on the canvas for a long stretch in the match. Carter fired up and went on the offensive but was soon quelled with a flurry to the midsection and the return to the canvas where Lee sealed the deal with a pinfall.

Trevor Lee asked for the house mic and told the fans the Cam Carter is the future of pro wrestling, thanked him for the match, shook his hand and exited the ring.

Our friend P3 returned for the CWF Chapel Hill intermission performing two musical numbers before PWI President William L. Cross and Khan O'Kelly MC'd the Halloween Costume Contest. The winner, ironically, was a small version of CWF's Snooty Foxx, in Foxx's hometown. Rapper Swift appeared next, peforming his hit Pull Up for the fans and then spent several long moments as people lined up to have their photos taken with him.

The CWF Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Titles were on the line as champions Blazing Saddles Sheriff "Cowboy" Kool Jay and "Marshal" Michael McAllister took on the All Star lineup of Arik "Ace" Royal and CWF RGL Champion Mace Li. Despite the numbers advantage with Jarry Carey accompanying the All Stars, the champions maintained law and order and retained the titles by a pinfall win.

The main event PWI Central Carolina Championship bout commenced after introductions of Dirty Daddy and Snooty Foxx. After the bell sounded, Corruption's Cain Justice and Ethan A. Sharpe enter the arena with steel chairs to watch the main event up close. Seven plus minutes into the match, Foxx attempted the pin on Dirty Daddy only to have Ethan Sharpe attack referee Charles Richardson. Referee Redd Jones entered moments later and when Foxx tried to pin Dirty Daddy again, Cain Justice attacked the official. Corruption returned to their seats as the match continued with no ring official for several minutes before Snooty Foxx connected with Dirty Daddy and put his shoulders to the canvas. Guest star Swift rushed to the ring, slid under the ropes and made the three count to an eruption from the crowd. The ring filled with children as the celebration began for Snooty Foxx and his fans after becoming the first PWI Central Carolina Champion.
