Traditional Torneo Cibernetico action kicked off CWF ULTIMATE SURVIVOR XVI with the Breakfast Club's Francis Kip Stevens and Abonimable CPA led out "Pale Horse" Josey Quinn, Cuzzin Shaggy, Team Espana's Jos A and Jos B and Kyler Myzery to take on Aaron Biggs' team with Mike Mars, Snooty Foxx, Chris "TNT" Taylor, Bellamy Koga and Labron Kozone in elimination action whe the last man standing wins an invite into the main event. The fight went on for nearly twenty minutes before the first elimination, and continued until only the Breakfast Club, Mike Mars and Aaron Biggs remained. Stevens and CPA successfully forced Biggs' untimely exit from the match, only to see the Abominable CPA tossed over the ropes and then Francis Kip Stevens eliminated, giving Mike Mars the win and his tag team partner of choice a spot in the Four Team Tag Team Ladder Rules main event.

5-on-5 Elimination action entered the arena next pitting Team New School's PWI International Heavyweight Champion Roy wilkins, "Ace" Arik Royal, CWF RGL Champion Mace Li, Aric Andrews and "Pitbull" Steven Idol with Coach Gemini and Jarry Carey in tow against Team Old Schools' "the 1st" Ric Converse, "Infamous Icon" Joey Silvia, "High Definition" Steve Green, "El Fuego" Jesse Ortega and Rob "Boogie Woogie Man" McBride who were accompanied by Tank Lawson, Xsiris and Lee Valiant. When eliminations began, the Pitbull and the popular Boogie Woogie Man were the first to exit the ring. Aric Andrews was ruled eliminated after he fled the ring following a surprise run-in attack by Kamakazi Kid, and then "High Definition" Steve Green was sent to the locker room. Captain Ric Converse exited next after a run-in attack by former friend Smith Garrett, then quickly followed by both "Ace" Arik Royal and PWI Champion Roy Wilkins and then the "Infamous Icon" Joey Silvia. The final two were RGL Champion Mace Li, who outlasted and stole the win from veteran Jesse "El Fuego" Ortega for an "All Stars And Friends" victory.

CWF Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Champion Trevor Lee and TKOPA's "TKO" Teddy Ireland Jr. and Ulysse "OPA" Demos hit the ring to take on Team BitDon's CEO Donnie BitDon, CWF Worldwide Television Champion Otto Schwanz and the 2018 Model Number Man with BitDon Corp's Director of Marketing Khan O'Kelly in Triathlon Survivor Rules action. The first fall is traditionally a singles bout, the second a traditional tag team match and if needed, the third fall would be a six-man rules tag team match. Fall one lasted every bit of fourteen seconds after Trevor Lee submitted Number Man with a flourish. Team BitDon evened the score in fall two, with a pinfall win by BitDon and Schwanz over TKOPA. The third fall started with Trevor Lee kicked off of the ring apron into the floor, pretty much leaving it 2-on-4 (counting O'Kelly) for much of the last fifteen minutes plus of the bout.

When Trevor Lee did return to the apron and then to the ring, he took control and finished off the masked Number Man by slamming him into the already prone Donnie BitDon. The fan favorites won the third and deciding fall as the CWF Worldwide Television Champion somewhat confused and angry as the celebration began.

Corruption's Ethan Sharpe and Cain Justice, Dirty Daddy and Nick Richards, CWF Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Champions Blazing Saddles' "Cowboy" Kool Jay and "Marshal" Michael McAllister and the Monsters of the Midway Mike Mars and "Rampaging Beast" Aaron Biggs entered the ring with ladders set up in the corners on the floor and both CWF Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Title belts hanging from the ceiling. It's every man for himself, as whoever brings the belts down from the ceiling becomes new tag champions, regardless of the combination or allegiance. "Marshal" McAllister secured the first title belt and retired to ringside to watch the conclusion of the bout as the other seven continued to fight. Corruption's Ethan Sharpe shoved Cain Justice from the ladder, cueing Justice to attack the cowardly Sharpe. Dirty Daddy intervened on behelf of Sharpe and was revealed to be part of Corruption, but was unable to forsee McAllister at ringside slipping through the ropes to stop Dirty Daddy from preventing Nick Richards from winning the second title belt. The team of Redemption began their second reign Saturday night. McAllister's record as tag champion continues.
