CWF Rising Generation League's JOEYMANIA III - NIGHTMARE ON SPRINGWOOD AVE kicked off with the introduction of Brian Morris and John Henry "Kingfish" Foy to begin the night on live commentary before Samoa Joey was introduced to welcome the fans to the Sportatorium. The evening's namesake was interrupted by the BitDon ICO's Donald J. BitDon, Nicholas K. Richards and Khan O'Kelly, who tried to run Samoa Joey off. Joey did leave but called for a tag team to enter and take on the ICO to open the night's action.
The Brothers of Seduction's "Mother Lover" Jake Tucker and Cam The Prince entered to take on BitDon and Richards with O'Kelly at ringside. The match got physical fast with the Brothers showing off some team work against the Corporation and forcing them to re-imagine the form and flow of the match to turn the tide after the ten minute mark to walk away with a pinfall win against the impressive debut of the team at the Sportatorium.
The "Big Hurt of Professional Wrestling" DeAndre Jackson was up next to take on "Deputy TKO" Teddy Ireland Jr. in singles action. The larger Jackson took the immovable object stance but was dishing out irresistable force against Ireland Jr., sending him to the canvas in pain during several instances in the match. Jackson seemed impervious to anything the Deputy tried to do and returned any attack with one of his own. Teddy Ireland Jr.'s button got pushed at some point, the fight instinct kicked in and he turned the fight around quickly winning the match via pinfall in just under ten minutes after unleashing his own brand of mayhem.
CWF Worldwide Television Champion Ethan A. Sharpe entered with the CWF Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Champions Corruption's Dirty Daddy and Killa Koga to defend his title against Michael "the Fury" McAllister in the traditional ten minute television title rules format match. Sharpe didn't even want to enter the ring to begin the match, asked the referee to begin it with him on the floor, forcing the referee to start the match and count to get him into the ring to eat up precious time. True to his form since winning the title, Sharpe retains the title by rule as he was being pinned as the ten minute time limit expired.
Three-way singles action was up next with big Jamal The Titan entering first, followed by newcomer James Anthony and then Cain Justice. An entertaining battle that began as a 2-on-1 with the Titan and Anthony joining forces to attack Justice. The fight went to the floor with all three brawling and rolling into the ring to break the referee's 10 count numerous times before all three made their way back into the squared circle to decide the match. Justice did his best impression of the Flash, attacking both opponents in opposite corners like a man on fire, setting him up for a submission win moments later over Anthony.
"The Last Outlaw" Sean Stephens made his return to the Sportatorium to find himself across the ring from Adrian "Action" Jackson in a singles battle. Stephens flexed his size and reach advantage early on, slowing down Action Jackson to the point the fans became concerned if he could continue. Jackson tried several times after the ten minute mark to hoist 6'8" Stephens across his shoulders, but couldn't because of the punishment his opponent was doing to his spine. The two brawled, wrestled, and fought for survival before Jackson had the stamina to hoist up big Sean Stephens in the Torture Rack, forcing him to submit.
The scheduled main event was introduced, pitting CWF Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Champions Corruption's Killa Koga and Dirty Daddy, escorted by CWF Worldwide Television Champion Ethan A. Sharpe against PWI Central Carolinas Champion Snooty Foxx and Sheriff "Cowboy" Kool Jay with Samoa Joey in their corner to keep an eye on things. The teams battled for nearly twenty minutes before the referee lost control of the bout, throwing it out with the champions retaining by rule. Since Sharpe and Samoa Joey were eager to fight, the ring official called for six-man action pitting all three members of Corruption to battle Snooty Foxx, "Cowboy" Kool Jay and Samoa Joey in mere moments.
A new main event was underway with Samoa Joey finally getting his hands, legally, on the Corruptor Ethan Alexander Sharpe in the squared circle. He tagged in the Sheriff and then tagged back in to take a ride around the ring on the back of the TV champ. The match moved quickly with all six competitors getting in their shots but it began to break down as the previous "main event" and the official was gracious enough to allow a pinfall to end the match with Corruption sent away shaking their heads and angry.
